How we invest
Our own capital
Every position is funded from SeaViolet's own balance sheet. We answer to no fund timetable, so we can wait for the right price.
Long horizons
We prefer assets that compound over years: rental income, recurring subscriptions, durable businesses.
Active ownership
Where we hold a position, we work on it: planning and refurbishment in property, product and growth in software.
Risk first
We size positions so that no single outcome threatens the whole, and use derivatives to manage exposure as well as to take it.
